ORDERING & DELIVERY
Sydney Pick-up
Customer pick-up is available within Sydney metro. We accept cash payment upon pick-up and acceptance of items.
The pick-up service is available on Saturdays and Sundays only!
Ordering Process:
1) Email us your order by including the word "Order" in the subject line of the email.
2) We will arrange with you the pick-up point
3) Payment is upon delivery
Postal Charges and Methods:
* Postal charges will be quoted to each customer at the time of ordering. This will vary depending on your Postcode, item/s selected and quantity of the order. Multiple items order will save on postage.
* Postal Insurance through
Registered Post can be provided at an extra charge to the customer at the
customer's request. Regular Postage through Australia Post is the method we
would normally use.
* We do
NOT accept any responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit due to no fault of our own. All items are professionally packed and packaged to ensure they arrive safely to your destination.

AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS


Direct Deposit or Electronic Banking Transfer
Payment can be made at any ANZ branch or through internet banking. We will email you our account details for payment purposes (please include your name as the reference when making payment by internet banking or use your postcode as the reference if making a direct deposit at an ANZ branch). Postage will be arranged when payment clears in the account. This usually takes between 2-3 working days depending on the bank. We will follow-up with an email should there be a delay in processing payment and we will advise you when goods have been posted.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS



International customers will have the ability to pay using
PayPal. This option is limited to international orders only and will attract 4% PayPal fees on the total amount payable.
Payment is accepted in Australian or U.S. Dollars.
Should you not have a PayPal
account, we can also accept International Telegraphic
Transfer (Wire Transfer) to our Australian Bank Account. This payment
method will attract $20.00AUD bank fees and you will most likely need to pay
your local bank transfer fees as well.
Another payment method is
transferring payment using Western Union if it is
available in your country.
INTERNATIONAL
SHIPPING

For international orders, we
use Australia Post standard airmail delivery, this usually takes 10 business
days to reach your destination worldwide. For an additional cost, we're also
able to use EMS Express Post service with tracking, giving you the ability to
track your shipment until it reaches you.
International customers
should be aware that is some cases import duties will be charged by their local
custom authorities. This charge is out of our control and is fully payable by
the customer on arrival of goods to their destination.

RETURN POLICY
We operate on the basis of
no returns policy. This means that only
defective items that have arrived to you in a not working order will be
exchanged on the condition that you send us back the defective item in its
original packaging. We pay for shipping and postage of the replacement item.
There will be no returns for
"change of mind" as we use the funds from sales pretty much straight away to
acquire new stock.
